GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: GTC) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales offered by Luna Switzrland, c/o Men Line Sàrl, whose registered office is at Rue Enning 1, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland (hereinafter: store).

  1. Purchase

General principle

Any order in the Shop (both hereinafter referred to as purchase) is deemed to be acceptance of these GTC by the member/purchaser.

Confirmation

Any successful purchase is subject to a confirmation message on your browser and an email confirming receipt of the purchase.

The sales contract is deemed to be concluded at the time of confirmation of the purchase.

Obligation of the member/purchaser

The purchaser undertakes to provide valid contact details when ordering and to pay the requested price in case of payment by invoice.

Domicile of the buyer

Only buyers domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein can order products from the Shop.

Right of objection

The purchase can be contested by the buyer during a period of 14 days, from the conclusion of the sales contract. This dispute must be made in writing (email or mail) that the store must confirm to have received. If the goods have already been delivered to the purchaser, he must return them at his own expense to the address mentioned under point 1 of these general terms and conditions.

  1. Price

The prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included.

  1. Data protection

Subject to the contrary provisions of these GTC, the store recognizes the confidentiality of the information that the buyer communicates to him at the time of the order and commits itself not revealing this information with thirds.

The buyer has the right to access and rectify his personal data. To exercise these rights, the user must contact the store and prove his identity.

  1. Changes to the GTC

The store is likely to modify the present GTC. It will inform the buyers of the modifications made on the site. The version in force at the time of the order is the authoritative version in the contractual relationship between the buyer and the store.

The photographs of the products published on the website as well as the texts describing these products are not contractual. The products and services offered by luna-switzerland.ch are subject to change.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the GTC in effect at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis. These GTC are governed by Swiss law, in particular by Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.

The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
